Business Hours:
11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. (although
it is not unusual for Tony to be here at the store still working in the
evening hours) During these
times we will be available to answer questions on the 1-847-428-3150
number. (remember, if placing an order, you may use the toll free
number: 1-800-498-3215) Orders can also be placed after hours.
Be sure to leave a detailed message on our voice mail system. We will
return your phone call at the time you specify.
Pricing:
Our steins for sale are exactly the same items that appear in the brewery
gift catalogs and dealers' lists. Beer steins and brewery
collectibles is our business specialty. We always try to offer the
fairest, most competitive prices on all items. We actively buy and sell
steins in the secondary market. We constantly compare and adjust our
values with other dealers and sellers in the marketplace. Tony
Steffen has been in the business of selling brewery collectibles for over
30 years. Over the years, Tony has established a reputation of
honesty and fairness in his dealings. We feel it is important to
look out for the interests of the collector in order to establish
customers for the long term.
Quality Assurance:
All steins we sell come with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are
unhappy with an item, it may be returned (within 15 days) for a credit,
refund or replacement. We are careful when receiving merchandise from our
suppliers and we do not accept merchandise with factory flaws, defects, or
damage. You can rest assured that steins you receive from Steinland Gifts
and Collectibles will be in top-notch condition.
Shipping Charges:
$11.00 for the first stein, plus $2.50
for each additional stein. Illinois residents must add 8.5% state sales
tax. (Give us a call for a reduced shipping rate if you are ordering a
large quantity of steins.) All orders that we send out are carefully
packed and shipped in sturdy cartons. We have been packing and shipping
boxes of breweriana and beer steins for over 30 years! We use the U.S.
Postal Service for our shipping. Occasionally we will use United Parcel
Service for shipping larger orders. Please be sure to include your street
address, if possible. (United Parcel Service will not deliver to a P.O. Box)

Or, if you request, we can add a new "Add to Cart" button for you. (each button we must add manually, and it is a slow process for our small business here)
